Inside Out Cleaning & Restoration Services Ltd, trading as Inside Out Flooring & Restoration ("we", "us", "our"), is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

What we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect the information you choose to provide, which is your name, email address, telephone number, post code, and the content of your message. If you attach photographs of your floor, we receive those too.
We do not collect payment details through this website, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and arrange any work you go on to instruct. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, specifically responding to a request you have made of our business, and where you become a customer, performance of a contract.
We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is delivered to our own email accounts. Email is transmitted and stored by our hosting and email provider, Hostinger, acting as a processor on our behalf. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted within 24 months. Where you become a customer, we retain records for six years after the end of the work, to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:
- request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your data where we no longer need it;
- object to, or ask us to restrict, our processing of your data;
- request that we transfer your data to another provider.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
